What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product or if the packaging has been damaged when received contact us within 30 days of receipt. Our carrier FedEx is responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Claims for damaged products or leakage shortages should be made within 10 days. Returned merchandise shipping charges are the customers responsibility and will be returned in our original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition. Simply call 717.484.6131 and have your invoice number available and reason for returning when placing your call.

How do I Order your Products?

Orders may be done online 24/7 or by phone (717.484.6131) M-F 7:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. All orders will be confirmed by email. Deco accepts the following credit cards or processors: Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and PA state law requires 6% Sales Tax on orders delivered to PA unless tax exempt status applies. What are your Shipping & Lead Times?

Products are delivered via FedEx Standard Overnight. This is not guaranteed next day delivery according to FedEx. If you have an account with FedEx or UPS call us and we will apply your preferred shipper costs to your account. All home & business deliveries do not require a signature. Orders outside the US will incur additional freight charges. Call us if ordering outside the US. On orders larger than (8) 5 gal. pails or 55 gal. drums call us as we will need to use a Freight Company and determine if a lift truck is required along with other deliverable options with large orders. Orders requiring a tractor trailer need to have accessibility or additional charges may apply. FedEx Tracking number(s) will be emailed after your order ships our warehouse. Deliveries are typically 1-3 business days depending on your location excluding Sundays and Holidays. If we receive your order before 2:00 pm EST your product will most likely ship same day.

What is your Warranty Policy?

Our warranty applies to approved applicators who have been trained to spray our Deco materials as specified for a period of three years on our clear sealers and 10 years for our gray coatings. Many of our applicators extend the 10 year warranty to 20 or 30 years by applying protective boards over the gray membrane coatings. Individuals applying our products are not warranted because we cannot ensure our products were applied according to our applicator instructions. We will not oversell our warranty as some do stating lifetime warranties. No sealers or coatings will last forever. Our experience of 23 years has led to a successful repeat business model. If our products were not long lasting we would not being growing.

DECO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCTS: (i) ARE MERCHANTABLE; (ii) FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; OR (iii) DO NOT AND WILL NOT INFRINGE UPON OTHERS’ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
