Bone Dry - Very Impressed!

I used this on the exterior of the block walls on my son's workshop above and below grade and the basement level is bone dry. Very impressed. I'm hopeful it will work as well controlling the moisture and mold in the basement level of my existing workshop when i spray the interior of the block walls. Thanks in advance for a great product.

Deco Seal

We bought an older home this spring and unfortunately I am seeing water on my downstairs interior wall. The previous owner put some kind of white paint on the wall probably Drylok but it's peeling off. I did some internet work and called several companies. I have to say dealing with Mark was very informative. He must have spend 45 minutes on my first call to him. I ended up doing most of this project myself. I hired an excavator to take the dirt away from the outside wall. I scraped the dirt of the block, cleaned it with wet rags then applied two different Deco coatings. The first was TAC which rolled on easily then it turned clear and sticky. I rolled on two coats of Seal the gray color. It was easy to apply their product. I really like that I could paint their product over the block that was exposed. Looks so so much nicer. I had a friend help me install a new drain system. It's been almost two months now and my inside wall is dry. This product saved me alot of money doing it myself. The one basement co. wanted over $9000...what a joke. Thanks again Mark!!

Deco Seal & 20

My husband Ivan and I applied the Deco over the Memorial Weekend. After we did the challenging one side that was completely underground, we really liked the look. We painted the entire basement with the Deco Seal membrane. We did 2 coats on that portion of wall that would be backfilled. Everyone seeing the results remarks on just how good it looks!

We sprayed the Deco 20 clear on a windy day but had no problems as no one lives close by. The next day we started applying the Deco gray membrane. It takes a while to roller it on - it goes on like a thick paint. It splatters slightly, just like applying a thick paint. Time will tell if I managed to figure out the 30 mil thickness.

Yes, I really like the product. It looks great. Working in that tight space between block and excavation is a bit challenging.

Hope the attached pictures are helpful. (We used one of her pics located on Home Page Slider applying seal w/ roller)

Sincerely,

Janice Bossler
