Deco Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product or if the packaging has been damaged when received contact us within 10 days of receipt. Claims for damaged products or leakage shortages should be made within 10 days. Returned merchandise shipping charges are the customers responsibility and will be returned in our original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all products except Deco Seal & Dampproofing. Deco Seal & Dampproofing restocking fee is 30%. The stocking fee helps reimburse the high cost of shipping. We have to replace our lids/buckets and remove the Seal from existing buckets, remix and repackage into new buckets/lids. It's not pretty and alot of work so we hope you understand. All products must be returned 6 weeks or less to receive a refund. We will refund your order less the stocking fee upon receipt of returned order(s). Orders may be done online 24/7 or by phone (717.484.6131) M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. All orders will be confirmed by email. Deco accepts the following credit cards or processors: Discover, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Paypal. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and PA state law requires 6% Sales Tax on orders delivered to PA unless tax exempt status applies. Shipping & Lead Times
Products are delivered via UPS Ground. This is not guaranteed next day delivery according to UPS. If you have an account with FedEx or UPS call us and we will apply your preferred shipper costs to your account. All home & businesses deliveries do not require a signature. Orders outside the US will incur additional freight charges. Call us if ordering outside the US. On orders larger than (8) 5 gal. pails or 55 gal. drums call us as we will need to use a Freight Company and determine if a lift truck is required along with other deliverable options with large orders. Orders requiring a tractor trailer need to have accessibility or additional charges may apply. UPS Tracking number(s) will be emailed after your order ship our warehouse. Limitation of Liability
DECO SEALERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. DECO SEALERS LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.
