I own a pressure washing company and use many types of sealers for our residential and commercial customers. Found this product at a trade show and decided to give it a try. I love not only the Deco 30 but have also used the Deco 20 and Silacast. The 20 & 30 dry clear w/ no sheen. It's not slippery like some of the film forming products I've used in the past. I use the 20 for all our concrete driveways. The 30 and Silacast I show samples to customers. The 30 dries clear and Silacast gives off a slightly darker look but pulls out the paver colors. Also like that all these products don't need to be stripped off before applying another coat. So far been using these products 2 years and haven't had the need to reapply. Buying drums is a big advantage for my business.

I own an industrial building made of CMU block. I spoke to Mark at length and he was very informative. After doing the prep work advised by him and spraying the Deco 30 product I'm am delightfully happy on the results. No water issues and I recommend this product. We rented an airless sprayer as Mark suggested which made the job much easier. Thanks again!
